The practice has extensive experience of working in the retail and A3 sector frequently as part of mixed use redevelopments.
Our work ranges from the conversion and alteration of listed buildings to create new and / or enhanced retail spaces that maximise trading area whilst respecting the inherent character of the building, to the construction of new space retail accommodation.
This work frequently goes beyond the developer shell to include the tenant fit-out where our specialist knowledge and design skills can assist in securing planning and listed building consents for interior fit outs and signage strategies.
When appropriate we will liaise with other specialist interior designers and contractors to coordinate services, structures and detailed design.
