Wilton Shopping Village

Appointed by Eagle One the practice prepared a masterplan to provide a development framework for the gradual enhancement and modernisation of this small shopping village near Salisbury. The site, part of a former carpet factory, presents a number of interesting challenges including the flood plain of the River Wylye chalk stream and a wide range of existing building types and constructions. Working closely with our client, the Council's Conservation Officers and the Environment Agency we have undertaken a number of projects ranging from new buildings, shopfront improvements and alterations to listed buildings.
