This amalgamated terrace of 3 grade II listed buildings had been occupied by the Lloyds Bank for over 50 years. Alterations made during this period had left the building unloved and making a negative contribution to the streetscene. The practice was appointed to negotiate planning and listed building consents for a redesigned ground floor frontage and interior layout including a roof terrace for A3 restaurant use.
The works have completely transformed the building allowing it to make a positive contribution to the retail scene and City centre conservation area.
