"We were lucky enough to be referred to Aaron Evans Architects ( 'AEA') as we embarked on a planning application for an 8 lot residential housing development. The site had a long history of refusals given its green belt location, flood plain and topographical challenges. It was to become crucial that the proposed scheme had high design standards and a layout that maximised land use whilst respecting the nearby Listed Buildings. The team at AEA understood the wide range of issues from our very first meeting and rose magnificently to the task with professional development input and in house design skills that ensured our application resonated not just with the planning officers but also the larger community.
