As part of the redevelopment of the former Jewsons timberyard by a private developer proposals for five no. two and three family units for affordable rent and shared ownership were also delivered.
The units were conceived as a terrace of three houses sitting alongside a semi detached pair of houses situated at the front of the site. Their massing reflects the larger market units developed on the rest of the site.
Situated within the Green Belt and AONB and designed to be 'tenure blind' external materials include natural stone rubble walling, high performance aluminium wnindows, cedar cladding and natural slate roofs. Completed May 2018.
