The practice has a long history in the development and delivery of affordable housing working alongside both RSLs and private developers.
Projects range from developments designed and procured directly by the RSL to delivering compliant units for developers as part of their S106 obligations. Our projects have included large scale developments in excess of 100 units to smaller schemes of 5 or less.
We are familiar with the Design and Quality Standards required to satisfy funding and have designed family houses and flats to comply with Code for Sustainable Homes, Lifetime Homes, Wheelchair Design Guide and Secured by Design as well as HA specific requirements.
