Beaconsfield Station

We were instructed by a major developer to prepare feasibility proposals for an 'air rights' development spanning over the main railway line from London to Beaconsfiled.

The mixed use proposals provided a new landmark buildings incorporating a supermarket, car parking and new 1 and 2 bed apartments rising up to 9 storeys. A two storey clear span structure was devised suspending the retail accommodation below over the railway lines.
