The practice was appointed in 2020 to prepare detailed proposals for a new replacement dwelling on a highly sensitive site situated within the Green Belt, Cotswold AONB, World Heritage Site and the setting of a grade I listed building and scheduled monument. Despite lockdown due to the Covid 19 pandemic full planning consent was successfully negotiated for this 5 bedroom, split level sustainable house cut into the wooded valley side overlooking the River Avon and Kennet & Avon Canal.
