The practice was appointed by the Duchy to secure detailed planning consent and construction information for the conversion and extension of a severely dilapidated former coach house on the edge of this historic estate village within the Green Belt.
The works comprised full reconstruction and conversion into an 'upside down' 3 bedroomed dwelling with an associated new access and parking, outdoor amenity space and the creation of a new roost for greater horseshoe bats. The project is part of a wider masterplan for infill development in the villlage.
