The practice was appointed by a private developer to convert this former 1960s art college building into 2 high end residential units. Part of this, Cavendish House comprises a 230 sqm dwelling arranged over 2 floors with 3 large bedrooms and open plan living space. Set within the curtilage of the adjacent grade 1 listed Somerset Place the property benefits from spectacular south facing views over the city, As part of the conversion a new 2-storey loggia was added to the south facing elevation incorporating timber brise soleil and adjustable privacy shutters. The property was sold within a week of being marketed.
