Yeo Valley, Cheddar

Working with national commercial property agents we were appointed by the commercial land owner to prepare a masterplan for residential redevelopment of this underused 5.4 Ha industrial site. The site was considered surplus to operational requirements and proposals were required to support Local Plan representations seeking allocation of the site for housing development.

A detailed constraints and opportunities assessment was undertaken to inform carefully considered outline proposals.The concept layout was designed to be policy compliant and to create a series of neighbourhoods set within a landscape famework with clearly defined public and private realm and a legible sense of place.
