Newton St Loe, Nr Bath

In 2006 the Duchy of Cornwall appointed Aaron Evans Architects to prepare a character assessment of the historic estate village of Newton St. Loe near Bath, listed grade I, II* and II. As part of this process the practice also undertook an analysis of local farms owned by the Duchy.

These 'Pattern Books' informed the development of a village masterplan and the design development of 5 new residential properties within the villiage along with concept proposals for new facilities at home farm.
