Lower Bristol Road, Bath

Appointed by a major residential developer, we prepared options for 3 major sites on the Lower Bristol Road, Bath: Rosebury Place, United Dairies and Herman Miller. Comprising of a mixed use scheme including residential, office space and retail the proposals responded to Council aspirations at the time to address the River Avon and Lower Bristol Road whilst creating a sense of space whilst respecting a proposed Rapid Transit Route across the city. The proposals were considered 'premature' as policy for the redevelopment of Bath Western Riverside had not yet been formulated. The Bath Trasport package was subsequently abandoned.
