Aaron Evans Architects was appointed by Strategic Land Partnership to prepare a masterplan and illustrative proposals as part of an Outline Planning Application for Day House Leaze, a visually sensitive site, situated outside the village development boundary. Outline Consent was granted at Appeal in November 2014 for the erection of 31 new dwellings, a 60 bed dementia care unit, public open space and community allotments.
