The practice was appointed by Multi Developments to prepare proposals for 99 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, including 25 affordable units, as part of the £350m Southgate redevelopment.
The apartments are distributed across 4 blocks and located on the upper floors above retail and commercial space. Planning consent was obtained for an increase in the original consented scheme of 80 units to improve viability based on the marketing advice of the developer’s property agents.
Detailed construction information for this £4.2 million scheme were developed as the shell construction was emerging from the ground.
