Private House

A split level home on a steep slope with a southern aspect which takes advantage of spectacular view. Cedar cladding and a zinc roof, high insulation and heat recovery systems as well as using locally sourced materials ensure the building is as sustainable as possible.

Split level living provides opportunities for double height spaces letting in filtered south light enhanced by the use of  light, clean, reflective materials.
