Bath's first (8 screen) multiplex cinema and leisure complex is a contemporary building and the first in a World Heritage Site.
Inspired by the proportions of a Georgian terrace with curving structural glass facade forming the entrance, flanked on either side with elevations in natural stone, it creates a new street elevation of over 50 metres long. Entering the building the visitor finds a central full-height glass atrium rising to a roof five storeys overhead, this atrium gives the feeling of an open courtyard, with restaurants on two floors visible through the transparent walls.
