Oldfield School, Bath, Science Laboratories

This standalone pavilion houses two science laboratories situated either side of a shared, prep room and comunal foyer. A generous roof covering above the southern elevation and cantilevered canopies over the side walls create shelter for pupils who may have to wait in the open for classes to begin. On a wooded, poolside setting the practice created a focal point for pupils en route to and from classes.
