Constructed c.1789 by Thomas Baldwin this grade II listed Georgian building presented a number of heritage and technical constraints. Formerly our offices, these 3 high quality apartments, arranged over 3 floors, are located above an existing ground floor shop, plus associated basement / sub-basement accommodation, that remained fully operational during the course of the works. Varying in size from 43.9 to 47.8 sqm these units required careful and efficient planning with en-suites and open plan living / kitchen areas.
