Station Road, Egham

The scheme comprises a mixed use development of 12 new-build apartments and 2 converted apartments above Class 'E' accommodation within the grade II listed, former railway tavern. 

With limited site access and approximately 50% of this tight, urban site falling within Flood Zone 2, a careful site analysis and innovative design solution was required. The resulting scheme calls upon the local Egham context but reinterprets this in a contemporary fashion whilst delivering green walls and a 50% reduction in regulated CO2 emissions.

Planning and Listed Building Consents were granted at committee in March 2021 and the works are now scheduled to start on site summer 2021.
