Thirlestaine Hall, Cheltenham

grade ll listed

Aaron Evans Architects were appointed by The Yorkshire Building Society to prepare an Heritage Assessment to determine the 'significance' of this historic asset in accordance with the requirements of (PPS5). The purpose of the report was to inform a credible planning brief, subsequently agreed with and adopted by Cheltenham Borough Council, to assist with the disposal of the site, comprising over 70,000 sqft of office space, on the open market.

We were subsequently appointed by Berkeley Homes to advise on and justify their proposals for conversion.
